Benefits to the Community and University
PACT-OAU projects will provide effective access to skills, training, expertise,
professional assistance and advocacy support for OAU, Ile-Ife and Modakeke
community members.
The program will help to:

Foster the political maturity, leadership training and social conscience of a volatile student populace and of other agencies of civil society through a transformative learning process.

Exploit the vast human resource base and creative thinking within the academic and local communities through skills transfer processes.

Enable members of the institution and its host community to play a role in reconstructing the social, physical and economic environment within which they live and are impacted.
