Dr.
Olukemi Banjo trained and worked in Nigeria as a medical practitioner
for several years during which she developed a deep concern for the
need to make the medical profession more responsive to the socio-economic,
environmental and cultural issues which ultimately determine the welfare
of the individual and community. She later worked with the United
Nations as a member of the United Nations task force in Indonesia.

Dr
Anita Davies is a medical practitioner with many years of experience
in Public health and Community Medicine, in Nigeria, Sierra Leone
and the United Kingdom. She has worked with international organizations
in Nigeria, Sierra Leone and the Gambia and has undertaken care delivery
in war zones. Dr Davies is currently based in the UK.
